The Maxi racing yacht, formerly owned by Simon Le Bon of Duran Duran and designed by Ron Holland to compete in the Whitbread Round The World Yacht Race is now owned by leading Scottish Businessman, Sir Arnold Clark and is a well known sight in the magnificent sailing waters of the Firth of Clyde in Scotland. Guests can choose to actively participate in the sailing of the yacht under the watchful eye of Drum's experienced Skipper and crew or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful Scottish scenery. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated on one day charters and there's also a range of different sailing packages designed to suit individual requirements, with refreshments and catering provided. |
